How Do You Submit To Peterman Management Group Representation?
We accept talent submissions only via Pre-Registration, email or USPS.
No personal deliveries! And of course no phone calls.
What To Submit To Us?
We need a photo and resume. If you are under 18 years old we will accept a snapshot or school photo. Remember to include your name and contact phone numbers on the back of your photos. Along with the photo and resume please send us a brief cover letter. Include how you found us, who referred you to us and why you are seeking a talent manager.
Personality Video Demo Tape
If you do not have copies of your work on tape, you are entry level or you are under 18 years of age, we like to see you on video. Simply use a home camcorder for this purpose. We do not expect you to spend any money to have this done. And remember to send us a ½ video, not the mini cassettes. Have someone tape you in the following manner:
1. Start out with a close-up of your face where you slate your name. "My name is …" Then turn off the camera or put it on pause.
2. Do a full-length scan from head to toe and back for about 5 - 10 seconds. No longer.
3. Either waist up or close up, talk to the camera as if you were meeting us in person. This is the personality video that will help us see how you look on camera, how you sound, how you present yourself on camera and tells us about who you are. You can have the person running the camera ask you questions or talk about your likes and dislikes, where you study what you like and dislike and so on. No longer than 5 minutes in total.
4. End with a close up where you state your name. This is the closing slate.
Review the tape. If your face is not lit well, do it over again. One of the reasons for this exercise is for us to be able to see how you look on camera. Also check the sound level to make sure that we can hear you. We need to be able to hear you in order to get to know you.

The most efficient way to submit your headshot and resume to us is via e-mail. Do not submit video or audio files via e-mail unless you have a website address within the body of the email message to us. We can then click that web address and go to your website with your video and/or audio files.

Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope
After your talent submission is reviewed, you will either be contacted by us or your submitted information will be discarded including any video or audio tapes. If you would like to receive your submitted information back, a stamped self-addressed envelope should be included with your submission. Please do not call regarding your submissions. If we are interested we will call you.
Resubmit
You have not heard back from us. Resubmit. But wait six months. In the meantime, if you are appearing in a play, a film or a television show, send us an email or a postcard. W e will be glad to see that you are continuing to gain experience and we may have an opening at that time.
